I forgot my username. Can I retrieve it?

Yes -- just enter your request here and our tech support team will be happy to send it to you. You’ll need to enter your full name, school name, and email address.

I forgot my password. Can I retrieve it?

Yes. On the home page, click on Forgot Your Password? under the Login button. Enter the email address you used to register, and we’ll send you your password. Once you’ve logged in, you can change your password to something more memorable.

I want to change my password. How do I do that?

Log in to MyStudentBody with your current password, then click Change Password in the upper right corner of the page and follow the prompts.

I’d like to change my email/name/student ID. How do I do that?

You can submit a request here, and we’ll make the changes that you request.
