Parent Questions

I’m a parent – can I access MyStudentBody?

Yes. If your student’s school subscribes to MyStudentBody, you can contact the school for a code that will give you access to the website, including a section developed specifically for parents and families. There you’ll find resources and tools aimed at helping you stay connected with your student and ensure that his/her transition to college life is successful.

I don’t see a section for parents. What am I doing wrong?

You may have inadvertently used the student code rather than the parent code to access the site. The parent code usually includes the word “parent.” Check with your student’s school to make sure that you have the right code.

I can’t see the video dialogues. Any suggestions?

You should check to see whether you have the latest version of Adobe Flash installed. If not, you can download it here . If you still have trouble, contact Tech Support.

Who can I talk to at my student’s school about MyStudentBody?

You should check the instructions that you/your student received from the school for contact information. If you don’t have the instructions, it may be helpful to check with the Dean of Student’s office, Orientation/First Year Experience office, or Health Center.

Does my student’s school offer MyStudentBody?

You may want to check the website of the college or university that your student is attending. It may also be helpful to check with Dean of Student’s office, the Orientation/First Year Experience office, or Health Center. If you’re still not sure, contact us.
