I forgot my username. What do I do?

Submit a tech support request and our team will be happy to send your username. You’ll need to enter your full name, school name, and email address. You may also wish to check and see if your school email address is your username, as that’s what we recommend during the registration process. Also, remember that some schools give people different versions of their email address, so you may want to try those variations, too. (e.g. yourname@sample.edu vs. yourname@student.sample.edu).

If your school initially created your account, your username may be in the email that was sent to you notifying you about your requirement.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the Home page in the Login box, click "Forgot password?" and enter the email address you used to register (most likely your school email address). In order to confirm your identity and ensure security of your information, you will be asked for your birth date and last four digits of your social security number (SSN). Additionally, you will be asked to answer two security questions. Once completed, you will be able to reset your password. Make sure it's both secure and memorable. If you’re still having trouble, submit a tech support request.

How do I change my username, password, or security information?

Log into MyStudentBody with your current password and click the My Account button next to the Log Out button in the upper-right corner of the page. This button will take you to a page where you can edit your username, password, or security information (including the last four digits of your SSN).

 

How do I change my student ID number?
