Parent Questions

I’m a parent; can I access MyStudentBody?

Yes, provided the school your student is attending has a subscription with us and has customized the site for parents. If your student’s school subscribes to MyStudentBody, contact the school for the parent school code and enter it when you register for a new account. To register, click Register Now in the Login box on the main page at https://www.mystudentbody.com. Once registered, you’ll have access to the student section as well as a section specifically for parents and families. There, you’ll find resources and tools aimed at helping you to stay connected with your student and to ensure that his/her transition to college life is successful.

I don’t see a section for parents. What am I doing wrong?

If you’ve registered with the parent school code, you should automatically be directed to the MyStudentBody Parent portal page. If you’re brought to the My Stuff page, which is the student portal page, you may have accidentally used the student school code to register. Check the instructions that you received from your student’s school to confirm that you have the right school code. If you registered with the wrong school code, submit a tech support request and we can help you get the right level of access.

I can’t see the video dialogues. Any suggestions?

Confirm that you’ve installed the latest version of Adobe Flash. If not, you can download it here. If you still have trouble, submit a tech support request.

Whom can I talk to at my student’s school about MyStudentBody?

Check the instructions that you or your student received from the school for contact information. If you don’t have the instructions, check the school’s website for more information. It may also be helpful to contact the Dean of Students’ office, the Orientation/First-Year Experience office, or the Health Center.

Does my student’s school offer MyStudentBody?

Check the school’s website for more information. It may also be helpful to check with the Dean of Students’ office, the Orientation/First-Year Experience office, or the Health Center. If you’re still not sure, contact us.
